Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use the Naila Arts website (operating as Naila) to browse the catalogue or place an order. By continuing to use the site or by confirming checkout you accept them. If you do not, please leave the site.

We may update these terms as the shop changes. The version on this page when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

Naila Arts is a Pakistani womenswear label. The shop sells lawn, party wear (including velvet, chiffon, silk, organza, net, saree and kaftaan), ready-to-wear, and named collections such as Daastan and Bahar. Pieces may be unstitched fabric or sized ready-to-wear, as shown on each product page.

Photographs and descriptions are a fair representation, but colour varies between screens and slight differences between batches of printed or embroidered fabric are normal. Sizes follow the options listed on the product; if a piece is unstitched it is sold as fabric to be tailored, not as a finished garment.

You may check out as a guest or while signed in. An order is created when you confirm checkout. At that point we look up live prices, reserve stock, and give you an order number. If there is not enough stock the order is refused and nothing is reserved.

Placing an order is an offer to buy at the prices shown. We may cancel an order that we cannot fulfil, for example if an address cannot be delivered to or if we believe the details are fraudulent. If we cancel after you have already paid, we refund the amount you paid.

Signed-in customers can view orders under My Orders and may cancel an order while it is still pending. Guests can follow an order on the Track order page using the order number from the confirmation screen or email.

Prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) as shown on the product and at checkout. The total confirmed on the thank-you page is the amount that applies to the order. Delivery is currently free within Pakistan.

The shop accepts cash on delivery and bank transfer. Card payment is not available. For cash on delivery, pay the courier the order total in cash when the parcel arrives. For bank transfer, use the account details and payment reference shown after you place the order, and quote that reference so we can match the payment. The order is held until the transfer is confirmed.

If a price on the site is obviously wrong we will contact you before going further, and you may cancel without charge.

We deliver within Pakistan. Estimated delivery is 3 – 5 working days from dispatch. That is an estimate, not a guarantee. Courier delays, weather and public holidays are outside our control.

We ship to the address and phone number you enter at checkout. Please check both before you confirm, because we cannot redirect a parcel once the courier has collected it. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to that address.

We offer an easy return and exchange on eligible items. Contact us by phone or WhatsApp at +92 332 4867447 or by email at offical@nailaarts.com before sending anything back, and keep the order number to hand.

An account is optional. If you create one, you are responsible for the password and for activity under that account. Tell us if you think someone else has used it.

We may suspend or close an account used fraudulently or in breach of these terms.

Prints, photography, copy, and the Naila and Naila Arts names and marks on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy them for commercial use without written permission.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by ignoring the care instructions supplied with a garment.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. The courts of Pakistan have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from them.
